Requesting a Refund

If you feel you should be issued a refund for any reason, please reach out to your Account Manager or support@taboola.com. Make sure to include your account name Account ID and as many details as possible about the request.

If your refund is approved, Credit card payments will be processed in approximately one working day. Wire refunds request will be sent to the local finance team and will be scheduled on the next payment cycle.
