What Happens if My Campaign Spend Reaches My Credit Limit?
A credit limit is an approved monthly amount that you can spend in your campaigns before making a payment to Taboola. A credit limit is only given if you are approved for a monthly invoice payment schedule. You can learn more about credit limits here.
If your campaign spend reaches your credit limit amount, your account will be frozen until you make a payment. This means your campaign items will stop running on the Taboola network. What Happens if my Campaign Spend Reaches The Amount I’ve Prepaid?
The amount you’ve prepaid is the amount you have already paid Taboola before your campaign(s) started. This is the amount your campaigns can spend before you need to make another payment. You will need to prepay if you are using the prepayment billing schedule. You can learn more about payment schedules here.
If your campaign spend reaches the amount you have prepaid, your account will be frozen until you make a payment. This means your campaign items will stop running on the Taboola network. How Do I know if I am Approaching My Credit Limit or Prepayment Amount?
If your campaign spend is approaching your credit limit or prepay amount, a notification will appear in your Backstage account showing your remaining estimated amount you can spend before your account freezes. This notification will appear when you have roughly five days worth of spend left based on your average daily campaign spend.
You can also check with your account manager or support@taboola.com at any time to find out if you are approaching your credit limit or prepayment amount.
