My Credit Card Was Charged in Error. What Do I Do?

If you feel your credit card was charged in error, please reach out by email to support@taboola.com. In your email, please be sure to include the following things:

  • Your account name

  • Your account name.

  • Your account ID.

  • Your company name if different than your account name.

  • The amount charged.

  • The date of the credit card charge you feel was processed in error.

  • Email address.

Someone from the billing team will review the issue and get back to you as soon as possible.
