This means that the landing page seems to be making unrealistic money making claims. It can be as simple as rephrasing the advertising accurately so that users don’t accidentally assume something about the product that wasn’t intended.

Example: Unrealistic claims

  • “This product/service can replace your current income” - Prohibited

  • “Use this product/service to help you make informed financial decisions” - Permitted

Example: False guarantees

  • “Invest now to double your profits” - Prohibited

  • “Use this product/service to make informed financial decisions” - Permitted

How To Fix This

  • Check the language on the landing page is both accurate and qualified appropriately

  • Check that the images/video does not contain unrealistic money making claims

  • Amend the page and resubmit
